fyp not niche

my FYP keeps doing this where it loses its niche and sometimes adds videos that are millions of likes and millions views that I don’t care about or show interest toward or like related to me at all. has anyone else had this problem? Where the million views videos are split between two ads. I refresh mine for you page in the video I need to see them at the end of the video towards the minute mark. The tiktok’s at the end of the video are like way different than my usual for you page
