Distribution slower than usual?

I had a series of posts (1 goes up, gets flagged for low quality, make private, repeat) a few times about a week ago, when I was trialling some different text hooks in my TikTok account that’s been active and daily posts for about 6-7 weeks. Distribution has always been great and fast but the last 6 days I struggle to hit 50 views in 3 hours during the same times I post.

I know the same day (last week) I tried posting something and it got 3 views in 24 hours. Then three days ago I posted new reels and it got close to 1K and similarly 600-800 views and good/great engagement, but distribution speed is heavily nerfed and I don’t know why.

what do I do?
