Not being to log into TikTok account due to an 2fA I have not added

Last year I got loggedo out of my tiktok account and was asked to log in again. I did so and everything was okay except that I had to get my 2fA code from my authenticator app. I have never added that to my tiktok account.

My account is connected to my phone number and email, and despite me having access to both of them, when I contacted support they told me that I did not have enough details to surpass the 2fA (when am I supposed to remember what month and year I created the account??)

Now I cant create a new account with that phone number nor email due to it being connected with the old account.

Is there any way to still recover my account?
