La enforcement acting as fundraising for the city. She could have proven she didn’t have a phone in the car and would still get the ticket because this is about fundraising not public safety. The idiots that designed American cities and their tax codes basically modeled them after Ponzi schemes so without constant massive growth there is no money. So they get creative with the police because hey, making up for our ineptitude in fixing our budget is more important than public safety.
