What does it mean when a TikTok is stuck at 0 Views?
Bought TikTok Promote for my First Video they promised 5k Views. Only did 260. Next Video I did got 0 views. What is this??

A lot of us have been having problems this past month with all new posts not getting pushed to the FYP at all, unable to promote and unable to add to story.
