Some Questions

Scenario 1: Let's say you set up a TikTok account based in the US, therefore governed by the US-controlled Ellison company that owns US TikTok. If that account's owner eventually moves abroad and/or changes the account's location, will the account now be governed by the non-US, Chinese-controlled TikTok company?

Scenario 2: If someone sets up their account to be based in a non-US country, regardless of where the account owner is based, will the account be governed by the Chinese-based TikTok owners?
