0-40 views and add to story button gone, what is this?

So I have had this problem with 2 tiktok accounts in a row now and after this happens, seems like the accounts are beyond repair. I’d estimate it happens around 15th post. I also saw someone else having this problem in different reddit post about different problem, so I’m not the only one. I thought I properly warmed up my second account after this happened the first time. What is this and is there even a fix? What can I do? For context, it is sfw and no restrictions.
