Out of nowhere my videos started getting 0 views, and I realized the “Add to Story” option is also gone on those videos. My older videos that got organic engagement still have the “Add to Story” option.
Is this happening to anyone else??
Yes. To a lot of other. We think it’s a bug or intentional
I’m going on week two… others can repost my videos or post to their story, it I can’t. And views are non-existent
Having the extant same issue, it’s beyond infuriating. I’ve contacted support about it multiple times and they aren’t interested.
Same exact issue since a week ago.
This issue started in mid march for me lol. The add to story button comes and goes in my case, but content is basically invisible. As many others, I don't have warnings or violations, but my fyp reach has remained 0,6% since March, which of course is not normal without violations. My account has +30k followers so being in the double digit is not something normal for me. My community complains they can't see my posts at all, if they don't manually enter my profile/search for me. Not sure why this is happening. If I did something wrong (violated some guidelines, somehow), I'd like to know, but, once again, my profile appears in good standing. I've opened many tickets and every time support says they're gonna escalate me to the tech team, but then they close the ticket and ghost me. I consider the account dead, despite all my previous virals are still pulling in views and followers. I'm very sorry this is happening to you and I wish I could help. I'm a bit relieved though knowing that the issue is becoming widespread. Hopefully, they'll solve it, but honestly I'm very frustrated since they won't address it
