My comments on videos or in lives don't show for anyone else

Whenever I comment on a post or in a livestream, my comment shows for me but not for anyone else. If I refresh the video/live my comment isn't there. I have tried on my phone and on my computer, nothing works. Anyone else have this problem? I haven't even used my account for several months. Any solution would be appreciated.
