I have a Problem

Hii, When I attempt to log in to my TikTok account using the native TikTok application, I encounter an issue at the step where I’m supposed to enter the verification code that’s supposedly sent to my email. Strangely, the code never reaches my inbox.

On the other hand, logging in through a web browser is completely fine. I can successfully log in via the web the verification code gets to my email, but I’m unable to perform any actions on the web. Despite contacting TikTok multiple times, the issue remains unresolved.

Is there anyone here who is aware of a solution to this problem?
