That dude looks like he’s nowhere near NBA ready.
Zero effort or force behind any movement and the dribbling is so bad he would lose the ball the moment he put it down.
Shaq was tearing rims down at this point, this kid moves like Shaq does today.

I wonder if any checked for a pituitary gland tumor. They could have halted is growth. There are numerous health conditions that come with this height.
