I have a 30k account. Views average in the thousands. In the last week they have cratered to almost nothing despite being similar content. And my ability to share my own videos to my story is gone. While I can still post other users' content to my story.
I have seen other users here posting the same problem. I'm hoping someone can find a common denominator in our cases.
I think the common denominator is the app has been majorily glitching the past week/2 weeks... possibly due to an update but who knows. it's happening to so many. Views are down for most as well.
Some people have been dealing with this for months. For me it’s been a couple weeks. No resolution from TikTok whatsoever. I’ve blown supports line up. Nothing. I made a new account and the same thing happened to it the next day.
don't know why. happened to several of my accounts in the last 2-3 weeks, 100k+ views on a fairly regular basis - then ----------> 0. new videos ---> 0. existing videos -------> 0. (other than anyone who explicitly searches out my profile). And yes, tried to make a new account - and then its like 'oh verify this crap' - which if you do - they then most likely flag that, so of course not going to do that. its quite b.s. actually.
"support" is simply an "ai chatbot". I'm not sure if I have yet reached a 'real' person (sometimes it will say "oh this is joey, blah blah blah", but then the same feedback loop/non-support.
