All jokes aside, if he had choked on a nugget on a drop, no one be able to give him the Heimlich maneuver. He would die and his family would sue the park. They probably wouldn't win, but I imagine Six Flags would settle to avoid the bad publicity.

As someone who has been banned from Six Flags before, I support this. He definitely could have choked.

I see people mention the choking hazard but there is also the clean up required. The staff needing to clean the carriage will slow down the operation of the ride.
This is just another loser that wants attention that doesn't give af about anyone else, which sadly is pretty standard these days.
