Why is my different from everyone else's and why cant I see who view my videos and accounts?

Might be a rollout thing, not everyone gets features at the same time. Try updating the app or clearing your cache and see if it shows up.

Mine looks the same as yours. But if you scroll all the way down to "Interactions" there is a "Viewers" option where you can toggle on and off viewer history
