Comment shadowban?

Hello!

So I got reported a few days ago for spam and ever since then my comments have been pretty much hidden. I'm not sure people can even see when I reply to their comments. When I check Tik Tok studio it says everything is fine, but it pretty much isn't. I did send an appeal when I saw the notification, but it didn't get approved.

How long does this shadowban usually last? I have had previous "offenses" but nothing that could get me close to a ban for example. Is there a way to stop this earlier? I really don't want to send Tik Tok an email or reach out in any way since most of their responses are ai generated.
