TikTok bugging out

on TikTok I couldn’t see anyone’s the number of followers, following or likes When going onto their account. All that Would appear were js hyphens. This was for everyone btw like even my friends and public accounts. I couldn’t see anyone’s reposts either. I restarted my phone and cleared the cache but nothing worked. eventually I deletd and re downloaded TikTok but now I can’t log in despite having the right password and everything. Every time i try to log in it says to do the passkey(Face ID ) and then says something went wrong and takes my to the log in screen. After I log in nothing happens and I stay logged out. I have an iPhone X and I read somewhere that apparently TikTok’s stopped working with older phones. does anyone have the same problem or solutions. Cheers
