What is wrong with my account

Sooo many of us are experiencing the same exact thing this month. Mine started May 21st. No FYP, can’t post to stories, no visibility in search or hashtags, can’t promote, account in good standing.

I haven’t found anyone yet who has experienced the issue resolving. I strongly suspect it’s nothing we did and it’s something weird going on in TikTok’s end.

So far the best I could do is make the AI chatbot create a ticket on each separate issue (one for can’t post to story, one for no visibility in hashtags, etc).

I don’t mention the low views because it will just trigger a response to give tips to grow your account.

I exhaust all the questions it asks me until it finally allows me to submit a ticket that an agent will review manually (or so it says).

Hopefully will get a response this week.

that sounds frustrating man, especially when you were actually getting traction. the fact that multiple people are hitting this at the same time makes it pretty clear this is a tiktok side issue and not something you messed up on your end. the ai support thing is honestly useless, i've seen that complaint a bunch.

since you're already posting consistently which is the right move, the only thing i'd add is maybe try spacing out your content a bit differently or switching up posting times to see if that helps break whatever's happening. sometimes when the algorithm gets weird, changing your routine can reset how it treats your account. other than that you're kind of just waiting on tiktok to fix whatever's broken on their servers, which sucks but at least you know it's not your fault.
