Tiktok App In Background Force Opens Tiktok??

My girl sends me a tiktok, and I flip back to another app, tiktok randomly FORCES THE APP OPEN AND PLAYS FULL VOLUME what do I do?

I've had this problem going on for years with different phones. I don't understand, I search it online, there's no results, it's like it happens to no one else.

Has this happened to you? Have you been able to fix it? I'm stumped. I have a Samsung s25ultra
