Does anyone know why this is happening to our account? (cont. in body text)
Our only views recently seem to be coming from when we have shared a video directly.
TikTok support says that what we're experiencing is expected behaviour, but we've gone from getting a few hundred views to none at all, with an account that is supposedly in good standing.
Our research into this has led us nowhere so far.
If we want to boost a video, will we just get no views, despite paying?
