I am being cyberstalked and have hate posts made about me by someone who creates content from another country, they have been stalking , monitoring my channels, i sadly already chose to close some of my social media pages because of this, and it’s emotionally very upsetting, this person is a content creator who seems very unhinged , and self obsessed, this all started because i did not like their photos on instagram…exactly what you read, wtf… i have family members who used to enjoy my posts but now many years of hard work are over … i am thinking of reporting this person to the authorities but my mother says just ignore it and leave social media for good because this crazy person will probably retaliate, just as they did by making more posts and calling me slurs whilst mocking me too, when i finally made a structured post exposing their behaviour after months of staying silence, hoping it would just end…but they were / are relentless…

What exactly can a lawyer do if i want to report hate posts and defamation speech from someone in a different continent? One more thing, the person doesnt know my real name cause i didnt use it , if i report do i have to use my real name for them to know. Since they stalk me wont it be worse? I’m really stressed. My brand meant so much to me, years of great work, now gone and its so fucking upsetting, i really hate humanity, no one in my community stepped in to say anything either…

Most reports won't publicly reveal your name, but filing restraining orders usually will make your name public.

Hey all, I own a business that involves many clients that promote their product, art or website with TikTok (also Instagram, Youtube and Facebook). I want to offer them a way to post their content, or to get content created and posted for them on existing TikTok pages. Basically you got pages in a specific theme (sport, anime, cinema, culture, memes...) and you rent it for a specific period of time. You get paid every month, and all you have to do is basically connecting the account once to our system. You can opt-out anytime you want, you keep the full ownership of the account. That's basically a way to monetize your pages passively.
