Why am i getting 0 views?

So ive been posting on tiktok for while now, and i recently got a new account because i lost the pssword and email for my old account. Prior to the new account i had multiple viral videos hundreds of thousands to millions, my new acc does basically the same niche of content but better quality and is an overall improvement but EVERY post i posted never got a singular view on any post. Maybe jts because the age of my account is under18, im just not sure. Can anyone give me possible reasons?
