Post Won’t Post

Yesterday I tried to post a pic I took of my Pokemon game to Tiktok and it keeps sticking at 96% loading and I tried to upload a different one and same thing ended up happening. I just tried again and it still won’t budge. Is it file size or is something wrong with the app?
