I'd avoid quoting this as one flat "social media package" because the scope has very different cost drivers.
For a first hospital client, I'd break it into a pilot so they can say yes without feeling locked in:
- Base retainer for planning, account management, monthly calendar, reporting
- Fixed content day fee for on-site shoots with doctors
- Separate deliverable count for reels/videos, because revisions in healthcare can eat time
- Website/SEO maintenance as a defined monthly scope, not unlimited changes
- Paid media management as a percentage or fixed fee, but keep ad spend separate
Healthcare also needs more review time than normal businesses. Doctor availability, compliance concerns, patient privacy, approvals, and "can we say this?" edits all add friction. Price for that coordination, not just the posts.
If this is your first one, I'd rather pitch a 60-90 day pilot with a clear deliverables table than try to maximize the retainer upfront. If they see fewer missed shoots, cleaner approvals, and better local search/social consistency, expanding the scope later is much easier.
