Video problems

So I have had a consistent TikTok account for over a year now and usually my videos obtain between 300-1000 views and 25-100+ likes. The content has always been the same sport. My last two videos have had in the course of 2 weeks collectively 30 views and 4 likes... So I waited because maybe I'm shadowB but still nothing. I changed music and hashtags and even tried to promote. I paid and then promote said it couldn't do it to either of the videos but provided no reason. I haven't violated the guideL. When i contact support I just receive a robot repeating itself with no solution or reasoning. Has this been happening to anyone else? Any tips on what I can do to fix it?
