I dated a girl that couldn't keep weight on. Like I gained twenty pounds keeping up with her. Some girls were just automatically assholes because she was skinny. She wanted to be thick too.
The same reason dei empowered people of color.. bc poc were historically discriminated against. Fat people have been discriminated against? Not skinnies
Because skinny people don't get the same kind of discrimination as fat people do?
"Damn, why every time we talk about lives mattering, why is it always has to be Black people?"
He's recognizing the uptick in fat acceptance and mistaking if for the pendulum swinging in the other direction, when the fact is that thinness is still heavily favored socially.
There's a name that kind of fallacy, but I don't know what it is.

I googled body positivity and was presented with multiple photos wherein there were multiple women of different body types
because being skinny was already empowered, it's everywhere, it's the norm, it's the same reason we don't need a straight pride month
No one should be empowered to be unhealthy. You cannot be fat and healthy.
