my recent video doesn't appear in recommendations but it hasn't been labeled as illegible or something else

i post art on my account. my first video got 9000+ views, i uploaded it 2 years ago. the next videos i uploaded got 300-800 views. and my most recent one that i uploaded today got only 13 in 4 hours (from my friends only). it doesn't seem to appear in recommendations. i checked the analytics and it hasn't been labeled as anything, it didn't notify me about any issues. i tried to reupload it a few times, tried to set it private, but nothing works. how to fix it?
