Cannot regain access to my account

Somehow got logged out of account after period of inactivity and no longer remember password or number. Unfortunately on appeal I keep getting an Tiktok automated reply to speak to phone provider. Of course no one in the history of mobile phones has managed to regain access to a number that expired many years ago so telling me this on loop is just silly. Should I accept I will never get my account back or is there another way to get a human to see my appeals? Thanks
