Since you’re trying to grow on three platforms at once, I’d separate the problem into two parts: content quality and distribution. The algorithms matter, but they mostly amplify what viewers already do with the video.

What I’d focus on first:

Pick one primary platform for learning. Post everywhere if you want, but use one platform as the source of truth so you’re not trying to decode three feedback loops at the same time.
Measure the first 3 seconds brutally. If reach is inconsistent, the hook and topic packaging usually matter more than posting time.
Make each video answer one clear viewer question: “why should I watch this now?” If the video is just a general update, it’s harder for strangers to care.
Cut anything that explains before it proves. Show the result, conflict, before/after, or strongest visual first, then add context.
Build repeatable series. Random one-off posts make it hard to know whether the topic, hook, format, or timing caused the result.
Review in batches of 10 posts, not one by one. Look for saves, replays, comments, average watch time, and which topics got non-follower reach.

For retention, try scripting the video as “hook → proof/example → payoff” before filming. If you can’t describe the payoff in one sentence, the viewer probably won’t wait around for it.

Any people that runs 100 to 10k followers pages (any social media)?

Hey all, I own a business that involves many clients that promote their product, art or website with TikTok (also Instagram, Youtube and Facebook). I want to offer them a way to post their content, or to get content created and posted for them on existing TikTok pages. Basically you got pages in a specific theme (sport, anime, cinema, culture, memes...) and you rent it for a specific period of time. You get paid every month, and all you have to do is basically connecting the account once to our system. You can opt-out anytime you want, you keep the full ownership of the account. That's basically a way to monetize your pages passively. For now I'm doing it myself with my own pages (3 tiktok pages with 500 to 3k followers, and 1 6k subscribers Youtube channel), I made around $800 renting these for less than a month.
