Account blocked

My account got blocked 2 week ago so I did ask for an appeal and received an email saying my appeal was right and that my account would have been unlocked. Problem is that didn't happen instead my account got permanently blocked and I can't appeal anymore. I wrote a lot of email to the support but they don't understand and don't respond. Anyone ever got in this situation? Do you have any idea how to get it back?(I don't like the idea of making a new profile cause i made some video and I was gaining follower)
