Does anyone have restrictions on their account because of "security risks"?

I havent used xiaohongshu in two yrs and I finally started to use the app again. I cant post or comment for some reason. I verified my account with my ID and did the facial recognition thing too,but it didnt help left any restrictions. Is there anything I can do use xiaohongshu? I have already did tried appealing,but they keep saying that my account is at risk because someone other than me is using my account even after doing the ID verification. 🥲

The ban isn't really about privacy concerns

Why exactly? You and me know why America is banning tiktok... They can't control the narrative their like they do with Facebook or Instagram YouTube. etc The genocide in Gaza was being shown in its full without any kind of censorship...
