how do i get rid of these notifications?

i’ve been getting these notifications since christmas when i bought a present for someone. i have turned off all seller notifications and even blocked this particular seller, but the notifications persist. i’ve bought from the tiktok shop before and this has never happened with any other seller. i swear i’ve searched in every relevant menu and submenu for a solution to no avail, and it’s getting really annoying
