We used to do this in paintball, but it was a tap of the hand. Nobody wants to get shot from a foot away.

I “killed” three guys this way in a game of capture the flag in the woods. They ran past where I was hiding. I walked right up behind them while they shooting at our empty fort, and they were telling me to get down. Tap, tap, tap. Go to the spawn point, boys.
