You guys should look at a modernBA's video on how private equity killed Chipotle, it's very interesting how private equity just comes in murders a company and fucks off. The biggest example that I can give off the top of my head is Red lobster. Private equity also owns things you love, for me It's RuneScape and they've already started their shit there

PE sucks but this is kinda nonsense; Mom and Pop restaurants (and businesses in general) have been dying since looooooooong before covid. They were fucked basically from the moment Reagan won and one of the two political parties decided corporations were more important than people (and then pretty quickly sold most of the other party on that idea, too).
