Why is TikTok support so useless is trying to recover my account because I’ve emailed them and they said that I’ve got the information wrong even though I haven’t because someone hacked my account and changed the email and password

I'm currently going through the same thing. It's because the email's you're receiving are from an AI that only checks if the information is true. Try asking for a human and see if they respond
