Does tiktok even read the comments that get reported?

I made a comment that literally said "free my girl, she did all that but I don't care" and somehow I got reported 😭. I appealed and they denied it. Does anyone else have this issue? I just find it crazy that there's so many comments that are much worse are allowed to be out there in broad daylight. Screenshot as proof.
