Email Address - Creator Update

Keep updating my email address in my tiktok shop addresses but for some reason my tiktok shop Creator emails keep going to an old email address. This is a completely different email that is not the one that I use to log into tiktok.

I've tried asking the chat bots but it just keeps taking me to the general account settings. The email address that the tiktok shop Creator emails are going to is going to be deactivated soon and I need to get this updated.
