My employer got targeted by Libs of TikTok several years ago, we had thousands of nasty comments, a couple incidents of doxxing, and one bomb threat. (No swatting, thankfully, I know that's one of their trademark moves.) It sucked up a ton of overtime and it was the reason we deleted our Twitter account. But most of it ran its course in around 3 months when folks moved on to their next target and pretty much forgot about us. We probably still get a couple of nasty comments per week, but it's easy enough to ban them.
Since it sounds like you're a much smaller business and don't have a whole team to manage your reputation online, I'd be transparent about what's happening and let your loyal customers defend you. Embracing it by making gently mocking videos about how silly this accusations are is a common tactic that seems to work well for a lot of other small businesses. At least in my community, that tends to rally folks to support.
