Get notified when someone goes live

Hello, I'm wondering if there is a way to get notified when a person goes live on tiktok.

I want to get desktop notification and not have the site open 24/7 or check constantly.

From what I understood, TikTok doesn't provide endpoints, apis or webhooks for that?

and if not, whats the second best way to get notified when a user goes live and it to be free?
