Why does PC TikTok make the audios of TikTok Live so much louder than everything else?

I use TikTok on my PC sometimes and I always scroll on my fyp with the volume slider near the bottom as I want it to be quiet.

However, whenever I'm scrolling and a TikTok Live pops up on my fyp, it is the most loud, earth-shattering audio I have ever heard and it jumpscares the hell out of me.

On phone its perfectly fine but like I physically can't scroll TikTok on PC because its just so damn loud, any fixes please??
