Account Recovery

I got rid of the TikTok app yesterday and then redownloaded it and now I can’t get back into my account because I forgot the password and email associated with it (my phone number wasn’t associated with the account). I’ve responded multiple times to the request to provide details about the account with completely accurate information besides join date which was a guess. What do I do?
