Does anyone know how to put the quality of tiktok lievstreams to 350p permanently?

My internet has been bad lately to save money and for some reason anytime I join a livestream the quality is always on 720p. How do I make it stay on 360 without having to do it manually

Because I'm on mobile and the only way I know how to chnage the quality is by turning landscape and doing it but that makes the liverstream buffer. And with my poor internet makes me have to wait a while before it starts again
