How to deal with shadowban

So i think my account got zero views. It’s been months that i was stuck at 200-400 views and since last week my account got completely restricted but i never receive any warning or else. My account is in good standing and i’ve tried to contact support but they basically said my videos are bad.

I can’t post any newly vid to my stories or promote them (it will get directly rejected)

I absolutely don’t want to make another account
