Tiktok hacked and they added an authenticator, what can i do?

My acc got hacked and they changed the password and added an authenticator. So i cant log in or change the password bc of the authenticator. I submitted a support request on the website (and logged out). I didnt get an email confirmation of the support request. Is there anything else i can do or is my acc cooked lmao. I didnt have the app downloaded when this happened so im not logged in or able to do anything support-wise thru the app
