Why is the whole app so glitchy recently??

I don't know what to do...

(I'll try to explain everything the best I can, sorry if there are any mistakes.)

First there was that thing where the sound from videos kept playing after I closed the app, I think it doesn't happen anymore but it was really annoying.

And NOW there is this thing where I try to save some sounds, and when I go to the place where all the saved sounds are, they are NOT THERE. Does this issue happen to anyone else? It's so annoying, and idk what to do.
