For a SaaS, the thing that converts isn't "exposure," it's showing the problem you solve to people who have it. Reach for its own sake won't move signups.
What works: problem-first shorts, not feature demos. Open with the pain ("spent 3 hours a week doing X by hand") then show the 10-second version of your tool killing it. Pick one format and run it into the ground instead of trying five. And watch saves, not views, 2k views with 50 saves from your ICP beats 50k from randoms. Shares also help A LOT
Another style you could try is building in public, showing the behind-the-scenes of every decision or key moments of your journey.
Got over 40 subs for SagaAI doing that (my SaaS for content creation)
