Online Reporting Form not Working

I have tried to fill out the reporting form 5 times now to report a problem with a video being marked as breaking the rules.

Everytime I submit one it always has the screen that it has been submitted but no email confirmation and it doesn’t show up in my settings in the app or TikTok support tab. The form seems to never be actually turned in. How can I even ask how to fix it if the thing that needs fixing is the reporting form.
