Chat Ban

I got permanently ban an hour ago because I set my age “too young”… I’m 18. So I appealed with the credit card verification and it said I’m all set and my age is verified. But it still won’t let me dm people. I have attached what I see on my profile. How do I get my DMs back? I have streaks with people and I don’t want to lose them, and I also wanna be able send videos and stuff. Thanks.
