Need support. Sorry if its the wrong sub

So I was scrolling on tiktok and I was about to post a comment, and then it said it couldn't send. Suddenly I got a message on my screen that said something about my account having a safety risk and suddenly I got logged out. Then I kept trying to get back in, the only thing I have connected to the account is an email, so I tried to go back in with the email log in and it directed me onto a fresh new account which was not the account that I had. Then i even tried to use the email to do a password reset and it still kept directing me to the wrong account, and the same thing when I used the email + password. The account is still visible when I look at it from other accounts too, so I'm not sure what to do. Tiktok support hasn't done anything.
