Someone posted my photo without consent

He went through my private Instagram account (which admittedly i did give him access to, my fault, but i did not give him consent to post my photos) and posted pictures of me without my permission. He also put those photos through ai to make me look fatter and uglier and posted those. Is there anything I can do please tell me!! Ive already reported it but tiktok says it doesnt violate any rules..... id anyone has experience or knows someone who maybeabletodosomething please let me know im stressed and worried it may cause harm to my reputation and career
