What’s wrong with my account?
For over a week, my account has had several problems: other users can’t see my DMs or comments, I never received any violation notification, customer support says I submitted an appeal, but on my side the entire appeal center is blank, when doing account check the only problem shows group chat function (which I never even have used), my posts stopped getting views, and I can receive dms but people cant see that i send them back
The “Under Review,” “Applied,” and “Failed” sections all show no records. When I try to view a previous appeal, I get an error message. The appeal button also doesn’t work properly, so I can’t submit a new appeal myself. I’ve contacted support multiple times and they keep saying the issue has been escalated, but nothing has changed. Has anyone experienced this before? Was it a bug, a restriction, or something else? How long did it take to resolve?
